From time to time, as I meet fellow foodies and continue my quest for forking good food, I will be posting recipes here. I pride myself on being able to extract crucial information from people I know, and I am going to use this ability to get that 500-year old secret family recipe from an Italian nonna or maybe event the super guarded formula of coca cola. Ok, I’m kidding. But, in all seriousness, I am going to be getting traditional recipes from locals in the places I visit, and post the recipes to the really good dishes here for all of you foodies to enjoy.

As such, I am very proud to publish my first recipe: Luba’s Lentejas!
